Sovereign video conferencing
End-to-end encrypted video meetings on EU-sovereign infrastructure. Open-source under the hood, your subdomain on the door, your logo on the wall. No 40-minute clock, no third-party trackers, no surprise privacy policy.
Zoom is convenient. Teams is bundled. Google Meet is free. None of them are yours. Kawkav Meet is the one your privacy officer signs without a stipulation.
Every meeting is signalled, mixed and (optionally) recorded inside EU data centers we operate. No US fallback path. SCCs and DPA included in the standard contract.
DTLS-SRTP on every leg. Optional insertable-streams E2EE for closed sessions where even the bridge doesn't see media. Lobby, knock-to-enter and one-time PINs as standard.
Free meetings run for an hour. Paid tiers run for as long as the conversation needs — no "upgrade to continue" prompts, no surprise cuts mid-decision.
your-team.meet.kawkav.com with your logo and accent colour on the lobby. White-label vanity domains on Business and above.
Built on Jitsi Meet — auditable, forkable, no proprietary blob doing whatever it likes on your machine. We patch upstream, contribute back, and pin versions you can verify.
SIP dial-in via Kawkav Voice, recording to your sovereign S3, an in-meeting AI bot via Kawkav Agents, vanity domains via Kawkav Domains. One bill, one tenancy.
Start free and upgrade only when a room runs hot. Pricing is provisional during Phase 1 and locked in for early customers. Excludes 21% VAT.
Kawkav Meet plugs into the rest of the stack. Today it shares your tenancy and billing; over the next two quarters it gains dial-in, AI and recording — all on the same EU footprint.
SIP and PSTN dial-in via Jigasi bridged to the Kawkav Voice SBC. Your DIDs, your extensions, your meetings — one phone tree. Drop a Spanish landline straight into a Berlin standup.
A headless bot joins the room, transcribes in EN/ES/AR on the Kawkav voice cluster, and posts a structured summary to your channel of choice. All inference stays on Kawkav GPUs — no OpenAI round-trip.
Business and above recordings ship straight to a Garage S3 bucket you own, in a region you choose. Retention is yours; deletion is final; we never hold the master copy.
Every leg of every call — signalling, conference focus, media and TURN relay — runs on Kawkav-operated infrastructure in EU data centers. There is no US fallback path, no third-party CDN in the media plane, no Microsoft or Google round-trip. Business tier and above can pin to a specific EU region.
Because someone has to pay for the bandwidth, and we'd rather it be the people getting business value out of long calls. Sixty minutes is right for a quick standup, an interview or a screen-share — and Professional removes the cap entirely.
On Business and Enterprise, yes. Add the CNAME, we issue the cert, and the lobby shows your colours and logo end to end. On Professional you get a your-team.meet.kawkav.com subdomain, which is enough for most teams to feel ownership of the room.
Recording lands on Business and above and ships directly into a Garage S3 bucket on your tenancy — never our default bucket. You set the retention policy, own the encryption key, and decide what happens at the end of a meeting. We don't keep a copy.
Anything with a recent Chromium, Firefox or Safari engine — desktop or mobile, no app install required. Jitsi's iOS and Android apps work against our domain too. SIP dial-in (Q3 2026) lets a regular phone join when the network is hostile.
The conferencing core is Jitsi Meet (Apache 2.0). Our operational layer — provisioning, branding, billing glue — reads from an auditable config tree. You can verify the upstream image hash, lift the configs, and run the same stack on your own iron. We help with that on Enterprise.
No sign-up, no card, no countdown. The free tier is fully featured for the first sixty minutes — long enough to know whether the rest is worth the upgrade.
