Registered non-profits: charities, foundations, associations and community organizations. Verification is manual at signup — we may ask for registration documents or proof of status. Approval usually takes a couple of business days; if you are not eligible we will tell you plainly and point you to the commercial plans.
From CSV files. Export your contacts from spreadsheets, Salesforce, HubSpot or whatever you use today, and import them into Twenty — we help you map donors, volunteers and campaigns to the template during onboarding.
None on users — genuinely unlimited, that is the point of the product. Storage per instance is fair-use; if you run a very large operation we will talk about a dedicated instance before it ever becomes a problem.
